Sorry to bother you but ... today at the ABATE [chapter] meeting under the State Meeting Report information was read.
Some was omitted. A member asked about it and it was noted that it would be discussed with the member in private.
The meeting continued and after several reports the member again asked about omitted items discussed at the meeting.
Just curious was it because of this email or somthing else. You have the exact same right to voice an opinion as am I.
Just wanted to hear your take.

All,
Apparently the ABATE of Florida Southeast Chapter (my old chapter) leaders were too embarassed to report about Doc
pulling my membership. FWIW, I think if you check the Bylaws, you will see that Doc did not follow the prescribed
process for removing me. I guess after trying and failing to do it by the rules since August of 2005, he decided
to circumvent them. I never received notice, and was offered no chance to speak on my own behalf. I don't really
give a damn about being expelled from a nest of ... lemmings, but if any of you are keeping track of all the
times Doc has disregarded the Bylaws of ABATE of Florida, you can add this instance to your list.

Doc was adamant, NO. The vote was taken to "take a vote on the revocation of Bruce Arnold's Life membership".
The premise is that you are printing material that is disruptive to ABATE. A guy stood up, I don't know which
chapter he was from, but gave a synopsis on how you write derogitory information about ABATE on YOUR website.
He went on to say that when he responded to the statements, you then blocked him from accessing the site again.
Others chimed in with the same response that they cannot comment on YOUR website.
My question, how does this violate the by-laws of ABATE? The vote was taken, There were 3 "No" 3 abstension
and the remainder were affirmative. There was no supporting documentation as to indicate any by-laws were violated.
My contention is that this is a free country, you access the website of your own accord. If you don't like what you
see printed there, turn off the computer.
This organization is getting more absurd as the months and years pass.

Yes, he was initially banned from the forum for posting obscene nonsense. I then emailed him to let him try again.
That email I
posted here.
He then sent me a stream of nasty emails saying he still couldn't post our forum. So I called him to find out what
his problem was. (He sounded shocked ... when I introduced myself.) When he told me, I suggested his
spam blocker was blocking that little control graphic at the bottom of our posting screen, so he couldn't see what
characters to type in the box. I know others have or had that problem. [He] then called me a liar and hung up.
The others who say they "cannot comment on my site" probably, like this guy, simply can't figure out how...
