I did not post any of the links containing this damning quote from Lopez-Cantera:

EITHER DOC REICHENBACH OR LOPEZ-CANTERA IS LYING ABOUT WHAT TRANSPIRED BETWEEN THEM. If Doc is telling the truth, then not only is Lopez-Cantera lying, but so are all the bikers who posted the links above.

And yes. THIS should clear things up for both sides (ABATE and Bruce). So Mike, please forward this letter to everyone below who received the bullshit spin I am replying to here.

Mike it's too bad that people have to read lies such as Bruce is noted for. Abate of Florida does not support this bill and we spoke against it at the committee meeting. We had the votes after working most of the night before the hearing to kill the bill. The sponsor when seeing he was going to lose this bill asked to have it postponed. He has asked for help to rewrite the bill but we see no way to save it as it is completely discriminatroy. Bruce Arnold has as usual fabracated facts. But this is not old news, this was forwarded to me via his office TODAY!! that is why I posted it.

And yes I saw the clip on the news... but that was weeks ago.

So I suggest that you find out why after I sent an email to his office about HB137, that I got another copy of his letter saying you endorse it.

So sorry if I am wrong.. but you can see why I would be alarmed.

I have just one question: In all the time I've been a member of ABATE (7yrs) I have yet to see a member of the house come to our meeting and try to sell us on a bill that we have already voted not to support??? What the hell's the point??

1. The Rep is lying about Doc's support

2. Doc is lying about supporting the bill ( AT ANYTIME!! ) No not now,, he has stated he does not support it (NOW)??

I think its time for ABATE to hire a true Lobbyist and find one who has constituents who's view's on issues are the same as ABATE,, and increase our voting block. Right now we are but a few voices, but with a professional Lobbyist and professional representation,, we would have MANY VOICES!!

God bless Doc... he has done wonders for us in the past, and he is a pivotal part of ABATE. But his continued dual seat on the BOD ( Board Of Directors) Is a livid Conflict of interest..
