I never cease to be amazed by the gall of James "Doc" Reichenbach II, and the gullibility of the Kool-Aid Kulties who mindlessly follow him. Even after we exposed what's really going on with SB-1992, he had this message broadcasted to his cult contacts list last night:

Doc just notified me that the "Stiffer Penalties" language has now been added to SB802.

This is significant in that the stiffer penalty language is now on the SB802 and in the Transportation Bill #1992.

This greatly increases the possibility of passage this year. Especially if the author of HB137 accepts the language as well.

HB137 is now out of sync and will either have to accept the new language or die.

As soon as the information is made available on the State of Florida site, I'll have the documentation and links available on the LIC site.
